In September, 2008 Kathy keynoted an international medical conference in Rotterdam, The Netherlands inspiring professionals, caregivers and family members to successfully adapt to the diagnosis of dementia in a loved one.

Prior to forming N~Compass Consulting, Kathy was the director of training and organizational development for some 2,000 employees at The Ohio State University. Kathy has held various leadership positions in student affairs administration, admissions, leadership development, event planning, and residence life at Bowling Green State University, North Carolina State University, and The Ohio State University.
A Phi Beta Kappa psychology graduate of Bowling Green State University, Kathy has two BGSU Master’s degrees, one in student personnel and another in guidance and counseling. She has served her alma mater as a member of the university’s Alumni Board of Trustees and Chaired the Arts & Sciences Board of Advocates. In 1989, she received the Outstanding Recent Graduate Award from the BGSU Alumni Association. And in May, 2006 Kathy was honored to deliver the Commencement Address at BGSU.
