international, and global operations, he was ultimately responsible for more than $20 Billion in annual shipments.

He developed a strong appreciation for the value and impact great leaders have not only on an organization’s success – but on the lives of those they lead. A pivotal assignment drove a series of
shifts in his thinking and approach to leadership.

These shifts accelerated his performance to the highest level at work, while cultivating deeper connection with coworkers, and a fully present, no regrets relationship with his family at home.
